Paramedical Micropigmentation

Also known as permanent make-up or cosmetic tattooing, micropigmentation is a procedure that uses sterilized disposable needles to apply pigment into the epidermal and/or dermal layer of the skin. The pigments are made of mineral, iron oxide base colorants. Topical anesthetics are applied to the area prior to the procedure to provide comfort for the client. Micro-pigmentation is used either as a cosmetic enhancement for eyebrows, eyes and lips, or as a corrective procedure for uneven skin pigmentation.
